The heart of the system is a trio of 15 gallon plastic conical fermenters. With a racking valve, dump port, and easy cleaning, they’re everything you could ask for.
What good is fermentation without temperature control? We use an air conditioner to cool glycol that’s then pumped through an immersion chiller in each conical. The end result is precise temperature control for your beer.
Who wants to sit around at home manually changing the temperature for a lagering schedule? We use a BCS-460 to automate lagering schedules and it even has a web interface.
